BRADENTON, Fla - Bruce Williams Homes has completed the amenity center and resort-style community pool at CrossCreek.  The new community of single-family detached homes, townhomes and villas is located at the intersection of Old Tampa Road and Fort Hamer Road in Parrish.

The pool includes a two-story water slide and several water spray features. The amenity center includes an outdoor grill area, amphitheater, playground and fire pit. Other community amenities include many lakes, walking trails, community park with picnic pavilion, multi-sport playing field, basketball court, and a dog park.

A 100,000 sq. ft. retail and commercial center developed by Paradise Development is also planned for the community.

Models at CrossCreek by Bruce Williams Homes and LaMaison Homes are open daily for public viewing. Britt Williams, president and CEO of Bruce Williams Homes, said 3-and 4-bedroom homes ranging from 1330 sq. ft. to 3200 sq. ft. are available in the first phase.

Altogether, there will be almost 1,000 new homes built at CrossCreek, including town homes and villas.
