Bradenton, Fla. --- Bruce Williams Homes unveiled The Heritage Collection, a new series of product ranging from 1,579 to 1,744 sq. ft. priced under $200,000 to be constructed in Lakewood Ranch to realtors attending a luncheon on Wednesday at their Spruce model in Lakewood Ranch. The new floor plans each offer 3 bedrooms and the larger plan also has a den. Buyers have a choice of exterior looks in keeping with a coastal or craftsman architecture.

The new product was developed to help meet today’s demand for lower priced homes in highly amenitized communities. “By designing these new plans using stringent value engineering guidelines, we have accomplished our goal of creating value for our customers by reducing construction costs without compromising our 40-year history of building quality homes,” stated Britt Williams, President and CEO of Bruce Williams Homes.

From now until November 30, 2009 the builder is offering $3,000 to buyers to use towards closing costs or upgrades.
